The right of Americans to keep and to bear arms
does not have its basis in the Second Amendment. As articulated in the
Declaration of Independence, it is a God given right.
2nd Amendment:
A well regulated militia being
necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to
keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.

Section relevant to article:
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal,
that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights,
that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. — That
to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving
their just powers from the consent of the governed, — That whenever any
Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of
the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government,
laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in
such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and
Happiness.
Since the 2nd Amendment is God given right and
one of many that are necessary for all God given rights to be won or
secured. It's foundation as a principle will be found in the Bible, in
The Laws of Nature and Natures God and historical experience.
Starting with the Bible. Ancient
Israel's republic was set up by God via Moses and Joshua. This was
before they voted God out and voted a king in. It did not have a central
government. They had a well regulated militia under civilian rule; no
standing army. All households were armed, the men trained and could be
called up for war. There was no central or local depositories for
weaponry. The people kept and bore their own arms. They had a system of
voluntary worship and support for a priest hood that was designed to
keep the nation moral enough to create and maintain the personal
responsibilities necessary for self rule. A militia was a necessary
component for their free state. Not only from foreign threats but
domestic ones.
In and
as principle this is the exact model
the founders of the USA set up using representative government with
refinements based in other Biblical principle that met our current needs
and circumstances. In a word. Limited government. Government limited to
the tasks human government was best suited for.
One of the first recorded cases of "gun"
control.
If one is familiar with scripture they
know that when generations of Israelites fell into sin, became ignorant
and immoral, they could not
maintained their republic. One of the consequences of this was
subjugation to foreign enemies. The prophet Samuel's generation decided
they had had enough of self rule and freedom and opted for a king. At
that time they were subjugated by the Philistines. Although certainly
not the first time despotic government severely regulated arms, it may
be the first record of it. 1st Samuel 13:19
Now there was no blacksmith found throughout all the land of Israel: for
the Philistines said, Lest the Hebrews make for themselves swords or
spears: 20 But all the Israelites went down to the Philistines to
sharpen their farming tools......22 So it came to pass in the day of
battle, that there was neither sword nor spear found in the hand of any
of the people that were with Saul and Jonathan: but Saul and Jonathan
his son had one each. So here we see not only the mass
confiscation of arms from the people but also the removal of the means
to produce them. Saul the new king and Jonathan his son got theirs from
the black market. Everyone else went to war with farming tools and
sharpened sticks against trained and armored soldiers.
This has played out this way throughout
history. Oppressors have disarmed the population because it is in the
oppressor's interest to do so. The first battle of America's
revolutionary war occurred when the British sent an army to confiscate
the stores of powder and bullets some Americans had been stockpiling. I
want however to focus on the history of Christians in particular since
they were the creators of the free world we now enjoy; and that creation
did not come about without the use of the force of arms.
The Bible and the end times.
There is great confusion in Christian world
regarding Bible prophecy that was yet to be fulfilled at the time the
Apostles who wrote the New Testament walked the earth. There are two great
bodies of end time prophecy that were yet to come to pass. One body of
end time prophecy addressed the end of
The Old Covenant
Age which
occurred in 70 AD with the destruction of Jerusalem. The other body of
end time prophecy addressed the age of four gentile empires, named and
dated beginning to end in those prophecies. The last of the four did not
end until 1453 AD when what had been the capitol of the Roman Empire
since 333 A.D., Constantinople, was conquered and the last Roman emperor
killed. The end of that age of the four gentile empires marked the
beginning of an age of promise that has a much larger body of Bible
prophecy dedicated to it than both bodies of end time prophecy put
together. Putting all this on a dated timeline. The Old Covenant Age
started with Moses approx. 1400 B.C. and ended in 70 A.D. The New
Covenant Age started with Jesus and continues on as long as the earth
continues. The Age of the Gentiles started when Nebuchadnezzar conquered
Jerusalem in 597 B.C. and ended in 1453 A.D, with the fall of the Roman
Empire. The Age of Promise
started in 1453 A.D and continues on for as
long as the earth continues. Notice these ages overlap.
Strategic
instructions are given to believers in the Bible's prophecy and teaching
on how to further the interests of heaven during these ages or time
periods. The instructions during the Age of the Gentiles from the
beginning of the NT were pretty clear
because what had already been prophesied about the Roman Empire.
These verses are speaking of the time period starting with the 11th of ten specific
Roman emperors in Daniel 7:21 I beheld, and
the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them;.....
25 And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear
out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and
they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the
dividing of time.(1260 days of years.) Armed
insurrection or revolution against this oppression would be met with destruction
according to Johns vision of the
four empires.
Revelation 13:10 If anyone is destined for
captivity, to captivity he goes; if anyone kills with the sword, with
the sword he must be killed. Here is the perseverance and the faith of
the saints. The faithful
were to survive the best they could while spreading the Gospel. It was
understood they would be persecuted, murdered and martyred. As it turned
out genocide would often be used as a tool to stop the spread of the
Gospel from one area to another. Like removing a cancer.
So that is the reason for the confusion.
The Christian world has lost
a scriptural
vision for the future because so many are applying the end time
prophecies about The Old Covenant Age and The Age of the Four Gentile
Empires to this age. This is not meant to imply that suffering,
martyrdom or the cross of Christ has been done away with in this age. It
is only meant to imply that the interests of heaven are best served in
different ways which depend on the circumstances Christians find
themselves in. Although there are more than are recorded in it;
Foxes Book of Martyrs is a good record of ancient
persecutions. There are lots of links to copies of this book on the
internet if that website disappears.
The beginning of The Age of Promise.
During that whole 1400 year period, from the
time of Christ to the end of The Age of the Gentiles; it was not that all
real Christians everywhere were unarmed. It's not that freedom fighters
did not arise to try to win their nations or peoples freedom from
oppression. It's not that it was not God's will that peoples and nations
be allowed to bear the fruit of real Christianity which includes the
rule of law based in Biblical principle and the overthrow of despotic
human government. It's what the general public
was not armed with that prevented
God's plan from succeeding. Nope, it was not guns but Bibles. For
most of those 1400 years the general public did not have access to
Bibles. Throughout much of that time it was illegal. One had to have
special political connections to posses one. Locations that for various
reasons did not restrict access and the Bible began to be known and
distributed were the areas that were targeted for genocide if necessary
to rid the kingdoms or empires of the cancer. There were many
"protestant" reformations before the Martin Luther's, yet those
reformations were militarily crushed. By the way Martin Luther was
already a priest and monk but had never read the New Testament. He may
have never even planed on it as part of his duties. It was not until after reading
and taking it to heart that his trouble started. That is just to give
you an idea of the "Christian world" back then. It was generally a world
without Bibles and that was by Satan's design. Stranger than fiction
right at the time The Age of the Gentiles ended in 1453 AD. The first
commercial European printing press went online. The first book printed?
Bibles. Within a few decades books and pamphlets went from the tens of
thousands of hand written or wood plate carved and printed to the tens
of millions. One of Martin Luther's pamphlets had three million printed
in a three year period. Even though it was illegal, punishable by death
at this juncture. For the first time in human history Bibles got into
the hands of the general public. This happened in northern Europe. Not
only that but Bibles translated into native languages.
In exactly the same manner as done on previous
occasions. Southern European empires and kingdoms committed large armies
to destroy the people who were now armed with he Word of God in Northern
Europe. Yet the world was about to experience another first in human
history. Outside Ancient Israel that is. At the cost of tens of millions
of lives. They did not succeed in conquering the peoples of Northern
Europe armed with Gods Word. The thinking that developed in Northern
Europe due to the general population reading Bibles was the foundation
of the free world. It gave birth to he Dutch Republic that was founded
in Biblical or Christian principle. It was he worlds only Republic
at the time. It lasted 200 years, became a world power. Even though the
Republic needed a professional army to protect itself from the
monarchies surrounding it that were always seeking to conquer it.
Regular Bible reading, personal firearm ownership and militia service
was a mandatory rule for citizenship in the republics various
cities and districts. What now began to develop in the world was that the
peoples, nations, whoever they were; that were the most influenced by
the Bible and its principles began to be dominate.
The discovery of the Americas shortly after the
end of The age of the Gentiles was also a huge factor in this. Northern
Europeans migrated to North America in mass and were able to put into
practice their religious principles from the Bible without the same
opposition faced in Europe. The colonies became laboratories for the
development of differing idea's people have regarding Christianity but
all had two things in common. Daily Bible reading by an armed
population.
Having said all of this. Please compare what historians call the
Christian world of The Age of the Gentiles where the populations had no
access to Bibles. A world that was in fact opposed to the general public
ever having access to them and fought horrific and genocidal wars of
conquest against peoples who were gaining a little access to them.
To the Christian world that arose after this where the
general population possessed Bibles, were expected to read them
themselves and all public and private education included daily Bible
study. It is wisdom to recognize the difference between the two worlds.
Especially in the light of the fact that that it was the Bible reading
Christian world that gave us the free world that never existed before in
history. A world so many of us enjoy. If it is wisdom to recognize this
then it is revelation to understand that this free world is the
fulfillment of prophecy about an age where all the earthly
promises of God in the Bible will come to pass in nations that meet the
conditions. These chapters upon chapters of earthly promises had
remained unfulfilled in the lives of hundreds of generations of saints
since the beginning of time. Yet, and contrarily to most popular
Bible teaching about
the
government of God. These promises did not come by miraculous
imposition via a physical\visible Kingdom but rather mankind had to win
them by sacrifice. First and foremost by way cultural change due to many
converting to Christ, and their
and the Bibles influence. Secondly, politically or through force
of arms.
Jesus and guns.
There are other pertinent historical comparisons
of the non Bible possessing Christian world and the Bible
possessing Christian world that came afterward regarding wars of
conquest. Islamic empires had conquered 2\3rds of the non Bible
reading Christian world. North Africa, the Middle East all the way over
to India. They conquered the Roman Empire with the taking of
Constantinople. There was a centuries long back and forth with their
efforts to conquer Europe. The point I am trying to make is this: At the very
least the Islamic world was on equal footing spiritually, economically
and militarily with the non Bible reading
Christian world. With the
advent of the Bible reading world in northern Europe and North America
though the expansion of the Islamic world was stopped. Then within a
century of the great revival's and spiritual awakenings North America and Northern
Europe experienced the Islamic world was completely subdued by those
nations that were being influenced by God's invisible kingdom. What
was left of it existed at the grace of the western powers who divided it
up as they saw fit. A millennial long war of conquest by Muslim empires
was ended in one century, and it wasn't even a big challenge to the free
world. Here are a few references to this phenomena in the Bible
and it's prophecy.
Isaiah 54:14 In righteousness shall you be
established: you shall be far from oppression; for you shall not fear:
and from terror; for it shall not come near you. 15 Behold, they shall
surely gather together, but not by me: whoever shall gather together
against you shall fall for your sake.....17 No weapon that is formed
against you shall prosper; and every tongue that shall rise against you
in judgment you shall condemn.
Isaiah 60:26 And they shall bring the glory and
honor of the nations into it 12 For the nation and kingdom that will not
serve you shall perish; yes, those nations shall be utterly wasted.
Zechariah 13:8 In that day shall the LORD defend
the inhabitants of Jerusalem; and he that is feeble among them at that
day shall be as David; and the house of David shall be as God, as the
angel of the LORD before them.
Psalm: 149:7 To execute vengeance upon the
heathen, and punishments upon the people; 8 To bind their kings with
chains, and their nobles with fetters of iron; 9 To execute upon them
the judgment written: this honors have all his saints. Praise ye the
LORD.
Daniel 7:27. And the kingdom and empire, and the
greatness of the dominion under the whole heaven, will be given to the
people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting
kingdom, and all empires shall serve and obey him.
Revelation 20:8 And shall go out to deceive the
nations which are in the four quarters of the earth, Gog and Magog, to
gather them together to battle: the number of whom is as the sand of the
sea. 9 And they went up on the breadth of the earth, and compassed the
camp of the saints about, and the beloved city: and fire came down from
God out of heaven, and devoured them.
In last verses from Revelation which is also
prophesied in Ezekiel. Gog and Magog illustrate the nations and peoples
who seek to conquer the lands being influenced by God's people and the
Word of God in this age of promise. Fire and fire from heaven is an
illustration literally used hundreds of times in OT prophecy to describe
massive defeat and destruction in war. Since the end of the Roman Empire in 1453
AD this is generally what we have seen occur. The nations who have
accepted the influence of Bible reading Christians and Biblical
principle have been in almost constant assault by nations and
empires\dictatorships who don't have that influence yet or who have
rejected it. And they went up on the breadth
of the earth, and compassed the camp of the saints about, and the
beloved city Yet in the end, or generally, those nations have been
defeated in war. It's a pretty long list. The Holy Roman Empire
and the southern European kingdoms that first attacked Bible reading
northern Europe. The Muslim empires and kingdoms. Napoleon and
the British Empire before it became transformed by spiritual revivals.
The Kaisers Germany, the NAZIs and the Communists under the USSR. Imperial
Japan. A marked difference from the world that existed beforehand. The
use of the force of arms come with Jesus' blessing as Biblical
principle as you can see in Psalm 149:7 above, and as the other's
imply. If one wants to look a little deeper at all of this it is very
discernable that there is a war behind all these wars. A war to stop the
growing Christian influence in the world. Or as the Bible would put it.
A war to stop the growth of the invisible kingdom of God which is a
government that seeks mankind's voluntary cooperation to do what is right
and beneficial to all of Gods creation.
Look at how this war behind the wars has raged
in the United States for the last century as a political war. The Bible
was part and parcel of America's private and public education for 300
years. All of a sudden in the 1960's as part of an near second American
civil war. Leftist federal judge's, (illegally,) ruled that
Bibles, which had been the foundation of America's public education were
now illegal to use in schools. Polls at the time indicated that 86% of
the American public wanted the continued use of the Bible and prayer in
the nations schools. A confused Christianity where most hold false
beliefs that
it is the end times have not yet figured out how to influence the public
to politically overcome this coercion by those who are using the
government to impose their will on the nation. Most have just settled on
that's the way things are. Notice though how the same group of people.
those who politically lean left, who now pretty much run the Democratic
party are as adamantly against the 2nd amendment as they are Bibles in
schools. They are seeking two things. A general public that is
ignorant of what is in the scripture. That was all the public schools
and universities were good for on this issue. Insuring that the
general public was at least familiar with the contents of the Bible. The
school systems were certainly never designed to create Christians. The
other thing they seek? A public that is disarmed. At least to the point
that they pose no threat to a political coup by leftists who then use
the military to mop up any resistance. In other words a disarmed
public as the second amendment never had any thing to do with
recreational firearm use or hunting. It's intent was always an armed
population ready to defend their own lives and country both spiritually and military
against anything or anyone who would seek to overthrow government of, by
and for the people.
In regards to all this a new set of
circumstances has arisen in the world. For the last decade over 100,000
people a day coming to Christ. A billion people in all in the last 50
years. This massive world wide harvest shows no signs yet of slowing
down. It has swept over lands where not only cultural non Bible
reading Christians existed as well as lands that had no Christians.
Historically, once a people had gotten Bibles and had the Gospel
preached to them in power. It took a century to see a real
transformation of their cultures as a whole. A transformation that has
always eventually included an armed populace. This wave of revival
having only began 50 years ago has not had the time to transform these
cultures and in many of them the populations have long been disarmed.
With all of this, the persecutions the slaughters are to be expected.
When real Bible based Christianity invades a land it has many enemies in
high places.
Jesus had
a parable about this. What is educational and rather maddening
about this is the response to the persecutions by the global
elites who lean to the left politically and those who may not hold their
ideology but who fear them. What I have witnessed for the last 35
years as a Christian are two things. Number one an attitude in mass
media and government to ignore persecution and genocides of Christians a
long a humanly possible. If it becomes public then to do nothing about
it. The other thing is even more diabolical. If for some reason those
Christians get armed and get the upper hand. Then to rush in as a global
community to deny them their victory. Here are some examples as I
remember them.
In southern Sudan in the 80's and 90's there was
a genocide of mostly cultural Christians at the hands of Muslim north
Sudan. When I use the term cultural Christians I specifically mean
those who are born Christians the same way a Muslim is born a Muslim or Hindu is born a Hindu. It is a cultural heritage that has
nothing to do with an individual getting right with God and becoming a
real Christian based on the Bible narrative. You'll see most of
these types of Christians reject the idea that the Bible is the Word of
God. Because of the heritage though there is usually some Biblical
principle that the culture had long ago accepted that makes them a
danger to tyranny. Approx. 4 million mostly unarmed Sudanese were
slaughtered and the world passionately ignored it. Government leaders
put their hands over their ears to not hear the complaints by Christians
and their media about it. This in and of itself was a horrible crime
against humanity. In the mean time in little Uganda to the south of
Sudan a great revival had been sweeping over the land for decades. They
now consider themselves an absolute Christian nation. Khartoum the
capitol of Sudan had been funding and arming a mass murdering idol
worshiping witchcraft dominated group called the Lords Resistance Army
in Northern Uganda. I presume not only to further the Islamic conquest
of Africa but in this case to also keep Uganda busy and unable to
interfere with what was happening in southern Sudan. There came a point
in Uganda's frustration with not being able to defeat or even slow down
Joseph Cony that they turned to God about it and based on a vision of
someone I personally know and went full blown spiritual in the fight.
The nations political leaders allied themselves with the nations
pastors. Proclaimed fasting and prayers. The military then flew the
pastors to all the known "high places" in northern Uganda that Cony
visited and desecrated the idols and
places where sacrifices including human sacrifice was taking place. They also went to the elders of the tribes in
northern
Uganda whom Cony was killing and urged them to repent of their past
support of Idi Amin and the genocide he committed against the non Muslim
tribes of southern Uganda in the 70's. They repented in mass. After a
decade of fighting in vain victory came very swiftly and the LRA was
chased into southern Sudan. While there the Ugandan army decided to
shoot up a couple of the Muslim militia's who had been committing all the
mass murder. This backdrop is the point I wanted to get to.
The worlds elite and mass media had an overnight
awakening to what an observer like me seemed to be a crises in their
minds that threatened to overturn the entire international order of the
nations. My perception of it was that they simply could not under any
circumstances allow Uganda to demonstrate to the rest of the world what
an army under the influence of the Bible and real Christians was capable
of. The United States has been a super power for so long that anything
it accomplishes is simply looked upon as the result of its super power
status. Only some of the soldiers on the ground recognize God's hand at
work with them. To allow a little nation full of Bible thumping
Christians to experience and showcase to everyone else what God can do
through them militarily could not be allowed. In other words, this
crises was real. Uganda was overturning the order of the international
left so desires. What had been an ignored genocide for a
decade became an overnight sensation and the UN was immediately called in
to take over southern Sudan. A few years later when Khartoum sent
its militias to attack an oil rich region populated by non Muslim tribes
that were animists. It became a cause celeb to condemn it and send aid
via the worlds elite and Hollywood left. Apparently, to the elites
of the world, there is a difference in the value of human life based on
those lives being Christian or not.
Another similar thing happened in the Rwanda
genocide. Although this is looked at a tribal warfare by the world it is
hard to ignore the war behind the wars in this case. The perpetrators
were a coalition of witchdoctor dominated Muslim and Marxist Hutus. The
victims Tutsis, unarmed, mostly cultural Christian with real Christians
sprinkled among them. I say unarmed because what is instructional about
this is once more the elites of the worlds reaction to the genocide.
As it was happening the western powers could not ignore it because of
the birth of conservative media. They wrung their hands and opined about
how horrible it was but did absolutely nothing. Well, except for
godless France who helped the perpetrators. Estimates of the massacred
vary widely between 500,000 to 3 million. What stopped it was Christian
dominated military force led by Tutsis from Uganda invaded Rwanda to
stop the genocide. After a hundred days of genocide where the worlds
government's influenced by
international leftist prepared for nothing
and did nothing. Once they saw a small military force led by people that
claimed to be Christians making gains. All hand wringing and indecision
stopped. Within days they were able to spring into action and send
a UN led military force. Not to stop the genocide but to stop the armed
Christians from a quick and decisive victory. Their claim was they
wanted to stop "reprisals." What! Reprisals or genocide; what's the
difference? People are being killed. Why not stop the genocide in
the first place? To discerning people I think the answer is clear. Once
more an armed force under the influence of real Christianity could not
be allowed to gain the experience of God's provision in warfare or be
allowed to be showcased or a testimony to other oppressed
Christians around the world. The international left with its
agenda to rule the world simply cannot afford that modern Christians
re-awaken to the reality of those verses of scripture above and the many
others like them. Luckily for Rwanda, France and the UN failed. This
group of Tutsis gained power and now like President Musenevi of
Uganda who's wife is a very dedicated Pentecostal Christian. Rwanda's
Christian influenced government enjoys unparalleled electoral
support in their country, even from the Hutus.
Of course there are many sad tales of unarmed
Christians subjected to mass murder all over the world. In Indonesia in
the 90's. 10-20 thousand Bible reading Pentecostals were slaughtered by
Muslim militia's on some of their islands. The world never acknowledge
this purge and had they been armed and fought back you can bet the
world would have gotten involved. The Hmong of southeast Asia are more
than 50% Christian. This is a native born Christianity, not a western missionary led
Christianity. As such they were natural allies of the USA in the Vietnam
war. Now they are left forsaken, betrayed, disarmed and persecuted by all
the Southeast Asian countries they dwell in. The promise to South
Vietnam and by extension to the Hmong from America was arms and if
necessary troops if the communists ever invaded again. They were
betrayed by leftists in Americas government on both fronts who provided
neither. Or a more modern example is the Iraqi Christians after 911.
President Bush who claims evangelical Christianity was persuaded by
leftists in the state department to not allow our soldiers to distribute
Bibles to Iraqi citizens who desperately wanted them. He must not
have recognized the war behind the wars when he allowed them to persuade
him of this. All under the guise of not provoking the radicals. As
if Bibles would have made the radicals hate the west any more than they
did already. When President Obama, a doctrinaire leftist assumed the
presidency. Against everyone in the world's advice including his own
party leaders he withdrew the USA's garrisons out of Iraq. ISIS arose and
its first targets were Iraqi towns that mostly housed Iraq's cultural
Christians. Not a finger was lifted to save them even though
we had a military ready and willing to do so. It almost seemed like the
attitude about slaughter that occurred that was publicized in all the
worlds media was almost: "Christians deserve what ever happens to them." Then ISIS turned its guns
on the Yazidis, a Muslim sect who lived right next door to the
Christians. Military and humanitarian aid was sent within days. For the
rest of president Obama's terms conservatives argued that we should arm
Iraqi Christians so they could defend themselves. This suggestion was
treated as an abomination by the leftist elite who were in charge of the
world under that presidents term of office. Arm Christians? Are you
kidding me? Why not? We arm everyone else in the world. Why not
Christians? There a lots of other examples that could be
added to this as it has been going on a long time. I certainly don't
mean to ignore the plight of so many others around the world.
In
looking at this war behind almost all modern wars. The spiritual
backdrop behind the conflicts. Is it any wonder that those who oppose
the publics acceptance of the Bible, its teaching and principle;
also and as adamantly oppose an armed population? Is it any surprise the
international left (or as they call it progressive movement) are
creating very close political and personal ties to Islamist who have
been engaged in this war behind the wars for a millennia? This history,
past and present day is why the second amendment should be a non negotiable item to anyone properly influenced
by Christian principle. The next sections will address arguments a
little more on the secular side, then some easily assessable data from
the internet.
Just who has done all the killing?
A question that has to asked in the debate
between those who want an armed population verses those who do not is
this: Who is responsible for all the killing the world has suffered? The
answer is indisputable. Human government. We are not talking just a
majority of the killing but the vast majority. Like 90%. No one is
arguing here about the need for human government. The need is obvious.
Nor is anyone arguing the immoral should be armed. All nations that have
some sort of foundation in Biblical principle recognize God given rights
to own firearms are forfeited because of criminal behavior. A
desire for only the government to be armed is probably exhibited A in
the demonstration of the irrationality of a self centered and godless
humanity. To fear of ones neighbors being armed in such a way to
be an actual threat to the power hungry, covetous human beings drawn to
government rather than fearing the extreme dangers of unlimited
government is not based in knowledge but ignorance. In other words
it is not based on the history of the human experience. It is
nonsensical
as far as personal and community safety is concerned to fear the
population being armed verses government possessing all the arms.
Someone might answer: " Yeah but have you seen my neighbors?" That is
perfectly understandable. However instead of throwing the dice and
hoping that a dictator is never elected, ( Have you seen some of
those politicians?) Why not use your free time in making those immoral
neighbors of yours who cannot be trusted with guns, moral, law abiding,
good citizens worthy of bearing arms? Don't know how and not willing to
come to Jesus? Well at the very least you could be supportive of those
who do know how and are doing just that. It is in your personal
interests. It's irrational to not support your neighbors being moral
enough to own and bear arms. If they are not moral enough for that then
what makes them moral enough to participate in a democratic process?
Either way your screwed. People vote for dictators and wanna be
dictators all the time. There is only one cure for that and it's the
same cure that makes a person responsible enough to own and bear arms.
For God's sake at least do not support a political party that purposely
promotes all kinds of immortally, including sexual immortally, because
immoral people are easier to manipulate.
So we are faced with this dilemma. In
spite of all of human history. Those who want to grow the size and scope of human government
the most are also those who want a disarmed public. It simply to
difficult to explain outside the spiritual realties of the war
behind the wars.
Having been involved in discussion boards and
other social media since it was invented. I have had hundreds of
discussions and debates with all sorts of people from all sorts of walks
of life. Many, and purposely so on my part with militant leftists and
atheists. Not to speak of hundreds of Democratic party voters whom they
influence. In the debate about what kind of governments do the most
killing. A constant refrain from them is governments that are influenced
by Christianity. Sadly, being publically "educated." They have no
idea of the differences between the Christian world that did not have
Bibles verses the Christian world they get to enjoy the fruits of
were you can find a Bible in 90% of all households. Without any
knowledge or discernment, completely devoid of the spirit of truth they
just mix the two worlds together to justify their political positions
and personal animosities. The bias born of ignorance gets so
absurd that they do not even know that the communist of the 20th century
who were responsible for 150 million deaths were officially atheist. By
officially I mean their state imposed "religion" was atheism. Nor
do they realize the National Socialist German
Workers' Party, the "NAZIs" were extremist
evolutionists along the lines of the title of Charles Darwin's book:
"On the Origin of Species by Means of Natural Selection, or the
Preservation of Favored Races in the Struggle for Life" If you
add the number of people killed by these two forms of socialism you get
around 220 million in one century. By far the most egregious
examples of death by human government in one century of history of the
world. Who is at the top of the list by numbers? Islamic
conquests. No one knows for sure but the numbers are somewhere between
500 million through a billion. Included in this are estimates of
500 million Hindu's and 120 million Africans.
The reason just a little basic information like
this is necessary is due to the fact that those who lean towards
socialism are also those most adamantly opposed to an armed population.
Against a population armed with Bibles and firearms. Further, that close
political ties with Islam are being formed by those who lean towards the
political left without any care at all of what could result of it.
Whether people are inadvertently being manipulated into taking sides
with the two ideologies that are behind the governments who have
murdered the most people or are doing it on purpose is inconsequential
to the fact that they are. What it demonstrates is the extreme
danger our world is always in and the need for a knowledgeable, moral
and armed population. A population using extreme diligence in
keeping human government limited to the things by nature is best fitted
for.
Don't more guns mean more murder and death?
This is a common belief that is often used as a
statement of fact by those who want the public disarmed. The numbers

As one can see there is not that much
correlation between the amount of guns in the publics hands and the
murder rate. Wikipedia lists charts of all the countries with this
data. The data above is 2014-2015. There is no nation on
earth as far as the amount of firearms and ammunition than the United
States. As it should be for that matter. The USA ranks 83 out of
192 countries in murder rates. Interestingly. If you remove a half dozen
cities, cities that have been completely run by the Democratic party for
decades. A party that has completely rejected the Biblical
principle the nation was founded upon. Cities by the way that have
stricter gun laws than the rest of the country. The USA drops down near
he bottom of the list in murder rates by country. Serbia is an odd
ball of a nation. It's the wild west of Europe as far a firearm
possession. The government has no control of the possession and sale of
firearms. Because of the wars in the 1990's there are millions of fully
automatic military weapons in circulation including grenade launchers,
RPG's and other such novelties. Yet the murder rate is amazingly low.
The regulation of firearms in Austria is just a little bit stricter than
the USA. Permits and registration on handguns, none on long guns.
Yet the murder rate is near the bottom of the list of nations. There are
many nations like Mexico and Brazil that have pretty severe resections
on firearm ownership that have enormous murder rates. One might
ascertain an inability to legally protect oneself might have something
to do with this. Japan has almost no firearm ownership is included to
show that suicide rates do not increase simply because of easy access to
firearms. Crime, violence, murder, suicide are matters of the heart and
culture, not a matter of public ownership of firearms. Not only does the
informed citizen of the free world need to fight the simplistic ignorant
idea that says the less firearms in the hands of the public the less
murder violence and crime. The free citizen, if they want their children
to be free need to fight those who seek to impose immortally on the land
because Bible based morality just does not suit them.
