THE INFAMOUS DECREE BY A PROGRESSIVE LEANING SUPREME COURT THAT ACCOMPANIED THE EVERSON VERSE NJ CASE IN 1947

    State Constitutions

The decree:

"The 'establishment of religion' clause of the First Amendment means at least this: Neither a state nor the Federal Government can set up a church. Neither can pass laws which aid one religion, aid all religions or prefer one religion over another. Neither can force nor influence a person to go to or to remain away from church against his will or force him to profess a belief or disbelief in any religion. No person can be punished for entertaining or professing religious beliefs or disbeliefs, for church attendance or non-attendance. No tax in any amount, large or small, can be levied to support any religious activities or institutions, whatever they may be called, or whatever form they may adopt to teach or practice religion. Neither a state nor the Federal Government can, openly or secretly, participate in the affairs of any religious organizations or groups and vice versa. In the words of Jefferson, the clause against establishment of religion by law was intended to erect 'a wall of separation between Church and State.'" 330 U.S. 1, 15-16.

The First Amendment has erected a wall between church and state. That wall must be kept high and impregnable. We could not approve the slightest breach. [Majority opinion in Emerson v. Board of Education, 330 U.S. 1 (1947), last words]

Now if the reader has read through the state constitutions and the Northwest Ordinance they come up with quite a different picture than this decree by the 1947 court. If you haven't nothing said after this will make any sense to you. First and foremost is the States, their representatives, Congress and virtually the entire population used the word "religion" to describe Bible based beliefs. They never considered any of the worlds religions as anything but false religion. This court does two things right off the bat (and this is how other courts have interpreted it.) It implies all the world religions without any differentiating what the founders might have considered true verses false religion. Secondly though with an slight of hand it singles out Christianity as the religion the state must have no part in whatsoever. This seems to be exactly the case because of the utter hostility exhibited by subsequent courts and the government in general that is directed at Christianity but not the rest of the worlds (false) religions. There seems to be a direct correlation with the growth of hostility towards Bible based religion that corresponds to the governments acceptance of false religion in the schools and other area's of government.
Then they build a straw man as if there is some kind of dangerous propensity in religion (meaning Christianity to them) to force it upon unwilling people using the government to do so. They say this because they were planning to remove any vestiges of Christianity or Bible based instruction from local communities and local schools. Meaning;  if 90% of a local community wants Bible based principles in their local school districts and 8% don't care and 2% object. That is "forcing" Christianity on the 2% which according to their decree is the meaning of the "Congress shall make no law concerning the establishment of religion." Of course they conveniently left off the second half of that sentence. Nor prohibit the free exercise thereof. Which they are doing when they decree that a local community or state cannot educate their children based on Biblical principles because a handful of parents spurred on by socialist agitators don't like it. If they did not have an agenda to rid the government and the next generation of Biblical principles could they not have sought accommodation for those couple of objectors like a voucher system? No! They have consistently ruled against that also. "Your children will be educated according to what suits us and not according to what you want or the way in which the nation was founded." These same progressives, (Democrat party activists) dragged hundreds of homeschoolers to court when it first began to be popular to stop that new movement that wanted to escape immoral, anti American and underperforming schools. They said the "state" has a "compelling interest" in seeing the nations children having conformity of thought. This is exactly the attitude of the European elite that brought us fascism\communism and the deaths of millions. Thank God that  battle about homeschooling has been won for now and it should stand as a shining example at how this insanity brought to our nation by a radical minority can be defeated.
Now lets look at the outrages lie that the first amendment says no tax money can be spent on anything that has a religious component, (again specifically meaning Christianity.) All of the states raised taxes for public education that was administered mostly by churches. All the state funded universities were first and foremost seminaries. All of this continued on more or less until the decree 1947! The Northwest Ordinance by an act of congress specifically funded Christian based education in all of the states and is included in many of the new states constitutions and no one but a few cranks ever objected. So now history by judicial decree has been officially re-written so that Biblical principles, Christian thought and ultimately Christians themselves can be removed from any place in government so that progressives can rule us. Of course this very mild despotism paves the way for total despotism which tendencies just seem to dominate the hearts of so many who lead the Democrat party.
Unknown to most of the population is government recognition of the sexualist movement and the official policy of government to promote homosexual marriage and other such lawlessness is a cornerstone strategy for Government suppression of the preaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ and Biblical principles in the general public. This is exactly what the leaders of the movement say and every country that this has been instituted in does just that. Ultimately it will also seek the removal of Christians from the military and then government offices.
Finally there is the quote from Jefferson about a wall of separation between church and state that is used to justify their decree. However the spirit of that decree and the consequences of it as evidenced by the course our governments are taking towards immorality, covetous, reckless spending and debt on the constituencies that will vote for them plus hostility towards any common sense religious principle somehow seem to fit the Soviet Unions constitution on the matter rather than Jefferson's letter.

The 1936 U.S.S.R. Constitution "ARTICLE 124.- In order to ensure to citizens freedom of conscience, the church in the U.S.S.R. is separated from the state, and the school from the church. Freedom of religious worship and freedom of antireligious propaganda is recognized for all citizens

In practice this article in the USSR worked like this: (From Wikipedia)

The government of the Soviet Union followed an unofficial policy of state atheism, aiming to gradually eliminate religious belief within its borders and replace it with widespread atheism. While religion was never officially made illegal, the state nevertheless made great efforts to reduce the prevalence of religious belief in society. To this end, at various times in its history it engaged in anti-religious persecutions of varying intensity and methodology. Believers were never officially attacked for being believers, but they were officially attacked for real or perceived political opposition to the state and its policies These attacks, however, in the broader ideological context were ultimately meant to serve the ultimate goal of eliminating religion and replacing it with atheism, and the perceived political opposition acted as a legal pretext to carry this out. Thus, although the Soviet Union was officially a secular state and guaranteed freedom of religion in its constitution, in practice believers suffered discrimination and were widely attacked for promoting religion.
