Revelation
13:11 And I saw another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two
horns like a lamb, and he spoke as a dragon. (The Roman Empire
when it voluntarily divided into eastern and western branch's with
Constantinople as it's capitol.) 12 And he exercised all the
power of the first beast before him, (The Roman Empire when the
City of Rome was its capitol) and caused the earth and them
which dwell therein to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was
healed. 13 And he does great wonders, so that
he makes fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of
men,
14:6 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the
everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to
every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people, 7 Saying with a loud
voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for
the hour of his judgment is come: and worship him that made
heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters. 8 And there
followed another angel, saying, Babylon is fallen, is fallen, that
great city (The City of Rome's judgment in the fall of the
western half of the empire.), because she made all nations
drink of the wine of the wrath of her fornication. 9 And the third angel
followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast
and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, 10
The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured
out without mixture into the cup of his indignation;
and he shall be tormented with fire and
brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the
Lamb: 11 And the smoke of their torment ascended up for ever and ever:
and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his
image, and who ever received the mark of his name.......18
And another angel came out from the altar, which had power over fire;
and cried with a loud cry to him that had the sharp sickle, saying,
Thrust in your sharp sickle, and gather the clusters of the vine of the
earth; for her grapes are fully ripe. 19 And the angel thrust in his
sickle into the earth, and gathered the vine of the earth,
and cast it into the great winepress of the
wrath of God.
Still prophesying the judgments against the City of
Rome. 16:8 And the fourth angel poured out his vial upon the
sun; and power was given unto him to scorch
men with fire. 9 And men were scorched with great heat, and
blasphemed the name of God
These next verses are also prophesying
the judgments against the city of Rome as part of Revelations 1st set of
prophecies concerning this. The previous verses were
the book of Revelations second set of prophecies about the same thing.
8:5 And the
angel took the censer, and filled it with
fire of the altar, and cast it into the earth: and there were
voices, and thundering's, and lightning's, and an earthquake. 6 And the
seven angels which had the seven trumpets prepared themselves to sound.7
The first angel sounded, and there followed hail
and fire mingled with blood, and they
were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up, and
all green grass was burnt up.8 And the second angel sounded, and as it
were a great mountain burning with fire
was cast into the sea: and the third part of the sea became
blood;
9:17 And thus I saw the horses in the vision, and them that sat on them, having
breastplates of fire, and of jacinth, and brimstone: and the
heads of the horses were as the heads of lions; and
out of their mouths issued fire and smoke and
brimstone. 18 By these three was the
third part of men killed, by the fire, and by the smoke, and by the
brimstone, which issued out of their mouths.
