THE STATE CONSTITUTIONS

You will not find anywhere  else the conclusive proof that America was founded by Christians like you will in the various state constitutions. Some of the states constitutionally established "general" Christianity the official state religion. In almost all the states being a professing Christian was a constitutional requirement to be able to hold a public office.
